SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Orders received before 8pm (CET) are processed and posted within 24 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders received after 8pm are processed the following working day.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
- France (Lettre Verte, Lettre Suivie, Colissimo): 2–5 working days
- EU member states (Lettre Internationale, Colissimo International): 5–10 working days
- Rest of Europe (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Channel Islands, etc.): 7–14 working days
- International (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Norway): 10–21 working days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 working days
These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. During busy periods (such as Christmas), please allow additional time.
Shipping Methods We offer a range of tracked and untracked options at checkout, including letter and parcel services via La Poste (Colissimo, Lettre Internationale Suivie, Delivengo). Tracked services are recommended for higher-value orders.
Cross-Border Shipments For orders shipped outside France, your parcel may be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. For shipments within the EU, no customs charges apply. For shipments to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, and other non-EU countries, import duties or taxes may be levied by the destination country's customs authority — these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays and Non-Delivery If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please don't hesitate to get in touch at mail@cymcards.co.uk — we'll do our best to help track it down. Your statutory rights as an EU consumer are not affected by any delay.
